Help?

Wasnt 100% sure where to post this as for it pertains to Region two. So, I was wondering, how do I really get started? I've been registered for a few months and most of it was waiting to be accepted and for replies. Do I post in other conversations, keep on waiting, throw in another horse and see if he gets farther, ect? I'd really like to get into this more, but its been kinda boring for me. Thank ya!
