Bad Blood got up and walked around aimlessly for five minutes, only to lay down again.

"What is the meaning of anything anyways"

   "How can you enjoy life if you don't remember anything about yourself"

He layed his head on the ground and tried hard to remember something... anything.

          "This is so boring. I fucking hate it"
He got up and ran around bucking and rearing in frustration. As though it was a mistake, he ended up smashing a rabbit into the ground. Blood was smeared all over that section of the grass.

"Well fuck you for being in my way. That's what you get, little bitch."

he walked away from the little crime scene and just stood there.
staring at nothing, like a statue.

Cold War made his way through the forest, head held high and ever aware of his surroundings. After a while he caught a scent of blood on the air. That subtle tinge of copper and iron. He lowered his head, and followed the smell, ears back.

After only just a moment he saw the strangest sight. A horse -- was it a horse?-- stood ahead of him. He looked like nothing Cold War had ever seen before. And that was really saying something. There wasn't much he hadn't seen.

More than a little cautious, cold war called out, "Who are you?"

Bad Blood slowly turned around.
What is that monstrosity?

"I don't know who I am. Why do you care anyways?"

Cold War studied the creature further. He looked dead. The big beast of a horse turned his head and inspected at the skull-faced horse.

"I don't care. But how do you not know who you are? Everyone does."

Cold war found himself wishing that whatever ailed this delusional being would afflict him as well. There was much that he would be perfectly happy with losing of his memory.

Bad Blood trotted over to the other creature. His bones rattled as he pounded the ground with them, leaving little holes. He slowed to a walk as he approached the beast and walked around it in circles for a short period of time.

"I don't know how I don't know who I am, but the thing calls me Bad Blood."
He turned his head up towards the sky, and back down the the other creature.

"I think there's going to be some rain.. you might not want to stand in the middle of a field and get struck by lightning, I did that last week.."
Bad Blood swished his tail, and his bandage got tangled around in it even more. He walked up to a tree and inspected it, then walked back to the beast.

"That one is good.." he began walking over to the tree, but stopped and turned around to make sure the other thing was following.

Cold War frowned.
"What thing calls you Bad Blood?"
He watched the other horses odd movements. When he mentioned the rain, and getting struck by lightening, cold war found himself intriuged.
"How long have you been like this?"
He stood out, regardless of the impending rainstorm, and awaited bad bloods reply.

Bad Blood stood still for a few moments before he replied to the beasts second question.

"Like what?... I don't know what you mean."

Cold War huffed and moved forward a step. "Did you see it?"

"How long have you been dead?"

He eyed bad blood.

Bad Blood ignored his question about the thing. It was starting to bother him, and he didn't want to stay on this topic any longer.
And all of a sudden, the other creature had mentioned Bad Blood was dead.

"Excuse me? Dead? ... I'm perfectly fine. If this is some stupid way of implying that I am not interesting, I understand that. But to say I am not living.. Well that is just ridiculous. I am speaking to you right now, am I not?."

Rain had began to fall, and Bad Blood stomped away to a tree and layed down there. Looking at the other creature, he felt anger.

Cold War couldn't believe it.

"Are you aware that it is not normal to have a skull for a face? You have no eyes. You are dead."

Cold war watched his retreat, and shook his head. He moved after the creature, even though he felt the pressing need to move on. Again.

With a sigh he walked over to the tree and stood. He looked down on the horse there, rain dripping down his sides.

"Have you seen your reflection"?

Cold War groaned, and walked out into the rain. There were so many more important things that he should be doing. There was no reason for him to be there. None at all he didn't owe bad blood anything, and yet he stayed.

He looked at bad blood again, and jerked his head.
"Lets go."

he looked down, and started smacking the ground with his hooves in frustration.

he stood completely still and looked at Cold War.

Cold War pinned his ears back.
"Yes."
He moved a few steps closer to Bad blood, and looked down on the water.
"We both are."
Cold war nudged bad bloods shoulder roughly.
"Do not regret not dying. Life is a gift that can be easily taken. Cherish that."

"I hate it ! Why would a life be wasted on me twice ?"

What a waste. I don't even remember who I was , what I had. I don't know anything.

He looked gravely at the creature.
"You should cherish such a gift. And your life was given twice because if maybe you chose a path a followed it, you could do great things."

Cold war looked to the west, at the setting sun. He had places to go, but he couldn't find it within himself to leave this creature so desolate.

Bad Blood looked down at the ground and sighed.
"I take lives everyday, for fun. Because I have nothing to do.." his voice began to tremble.
"Thats.. thats not right, and for all the lives I've taken by now... I deserve to die for good" His body shook, and his bones rattled as he looked in front of him, thinking of how many things he had killed in just that one spot alone.
Bad Blood felt his heart sink, and began to feel dizzy.
"I never noticed.. how b-bad i had actually been. How much b-blood I left on the ground from innocent creatures... I-I-I just.." He was shaking violently now, and looked over at Cold War, unable to portray any emotion, because his face was gone and never to be retrieved.

Cold war eyed him, something akin to - but not quite - sympathy moving through him.
"Then stop. Find something to do." Cold war looked off in the distance once again, his expression closed. "I do not have that luxury. I am a slave to the choices I have made." He focused back on the horse before him. "Do not make the mistakes I have."

He lowered his head to the tragic figure, and exhaled sharply. "Make your choice. It will dictate the path of your life from this point on."
