--Personality-
A very energetic soul, Darkened Fire enjoys long gallops through whatever territory he happens to be in. He will run through forests, on beaches, through water, and he will even attempt to gallop along winding pathways on mountains. He is a bit of a thrill seeker in that he will always accept a challenge as long as it does not immediately threaten his life. He believes having a few scars will not hurt him in the long run – a trait he earned from his dark-natured father. While seeming to be outgoing, DF is rather anti-social. He can be war-mongering and ready to attack others for disagreeing with him. He is vocal to the point of being obnoxious to others. To elders, he is vocal but not a threat. (He is no-where near a threat to them; in fact, he is as harmless as the flies) When reprimanded, DF turns tail and becomes victim like. It can be said this is the normal course for a “teenager” and in his case it may be. Then again, there may be something more sinister behind his eyes. There could be some incurable fault thanks to his past.


--History-
DF was born in a beautiful valley before the fall of the Light Queen, Moonshadow. His mother was a bright bay Arabian mare, young, radiant, and easily seduced by the dark steed Dark Knight. He was tall, dark, and handsome as they say; he was the perfect muscular Friesian brute to compliment her small frame. So there came Darkened Fire. He was the first son to the pair and would be until his father returned from the war – or so he had told them.

Catch A’ Fire, his mother, tried hard to teach her son all the values she could. She raised him to the best of her ability until Dark Knight returned. DF only remembers being kicked away from his mother at a year old. He wanted to explore the world with her and learn more about the kingdom. Knowing, or at least believing, he was less worthy of her time DF went off to the war. He was trained by a horse who knew nothing of the land or the horses he fought for – a neutral they had called him. Lost for a while, DF stumbled about in the mess until his father arrived. Recognizing his son, Knight immediately brought him up under his wing and there DF learned more of what it was like being a “dark” aligned horse.
